Your figurine will be very detailed. The larger the size you order, the more facial and clothing detail is captured. We always recommend uploading the highest quality photo possible for the best result.

All custom orders require 10–12 business days of production time before dispatch. This includes reviewing your photo, crafting the product and quality checking.

Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping takes 5–8 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 17–26 business days.

Yes! We ship to every country in the world. Standard shipping is free on all orders with no minimum spend.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to follow your shipment.

Yes, you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, before production begins. Email artwecraft@gmail.com with subject: CANCEL ORDER #[your order number].

If your item is broken or damaged during shipping, we will send you a free replacement. Email artwecraft@gmail.com within 48hrs of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Because every product is made specifically for you, custom items are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, if the product is defective, damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, we will redo it or issue a refund. See our full Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
