Want to know where your order is? You can track it using the link in your dispatch confirmation email, or by entering your tracking number below.

How to Track

  1. Check your email inbox for a dispatch confirmation email from ARTWECRAFT — this is sent once your order has been shipped
  2. Click the tracking link in that email, or copy your tracking number and visit 17track.net or parcelsapp.com
  3. Enter your tracking number to see your shipment’s current location and estimated delivery

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t received a dispatch email yet — what does that mean?

Your order is still in production. Custom figurines and puzzles take 10–12 business days to produce before they are shipped. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.

My tracking number isn’t showing any movement

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email for your tracking information to update. If there is still no movement after 5 business days, contact us at artwecraft@gmail.com.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it

Check with neighbours or your local post office first, as parcels are sometimes left with them. If you still cannot locate it, email us at artwecraft@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.

It has been over 45 days and my order has not arrived

We consider this a lost parcel. Please contact us at artwecraft@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can only be made before production begins (within 48 hours of ordering). Email artwecraft@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to every country. Standard shipping is free on all orders worldwide.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply. These are charged by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to predict or cover these charges.
