At ARTWECRAFT, every order is a unique, handcrafted product made just for you. This means your item goes through a production process before it is shipped. Please review our shipping details below.

Production Time

All custom figurines and puzzles require 10–12 business days of production time before they are dispatched. This includes reviewing your photos, crafting the product, and quality checking before shipment.

Note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery takes approximately:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 17–26 business days.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. We currently dispatch all orders from our production facility in China.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment on our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for your tracking number to show movement.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at artwecraft@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at artwecraft@gmail.com immediately — we can only correct it before production begins.
