The artist was extremely responsive and did an amazing job perfecting the piece exactly as we wanted. Unfortunately, the shipping was delayed by an additional ONE days, so I was unable to use it for my wedding. While I’m very happy with the artwork itself, the delivery delay was disappointing, so I can only give it a 2-star review. ⭐⭐
